Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Festival, we are launching the inaugural Ticino Musica Festival Orchestra, to be conducted by alumnus Alexander Shelley.
Reflecting the spirit of Ticino Musica, the project revolves around collaboration and mutual exchange between leading international artists and talented early career musicians, offering an opportunity for both professional development and performance at the highest level. In the setting of some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe, the Festival Orchestra will prepare two programmes of classical and contemporary masterpieces for performance across two weeks of the Festival.
