This brass quintet is made up of Musikene students under the tutelage of Vicent Boix Sanz. The group was born in September 2018 with the subject of Chamber Music, however, from the first auditions and exams, we realise that it is a group worth working with and we decided to professionalise the project. Throughout 2019 we took part in several concerts in a formal manner including the Musika-Música festival in Barakaldo or, because of the Semana Grande de Bilbao, a concert in the Church of La Encarnación. On the other hand, in a more relaxed atmosphere, concerts at the inauguration of the Chillida Leku museum in Hernani, or the Musikeler festival in Donostia, are worth mentioning.

We recently won the Musikene soloist competition for orchestral ensembles, which gave us the opportunity to play as soloists in October 2021 with the Symphonic Band of the centre.

As training outside the conservatory, we attended the Galaico Brass Festival in July 2021 as a quintet, where we were taught by great figures such as Leonhard Paul (Mnozil Brass), Miguel García Casas (Frankfurt Oper) and Miroslav Petkov (Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra).
