1. ACCOMMODATION (map)
Information about accommodation in the Students House

Arrival day: Sunday 15 July 2012. If you plan to arrive on Saturday 14 July, please inform us immediately.

If you have booked a place at the Students’ House, you are kindly asked to come to the Secretary Office of TICINO MUSICA in Lugano, Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, via Soldino 9 (see map) on Sunday 15 July 2012 not later than 6.30 p.m, in order to receive your room number and meal tickets (after the payment of the whole amount for your stay).

 

You can pay the rest of the fee directly to the Festival Office cash in Swiss francs or Euro (we do not accept any other currency, nor cheques) or before your arrival with credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) through the link you can find on the confirmation email. After you have paid the whole fee, at your arrival you will receive your student card and all information about the master classes.

The room is booked for you until your departure: 28 July 2012.

Please, bring your own towels, because not available.

 

Meals included in the Students’ House price: breakfast, lunch and dinner - starting from breakfast on Monday 16 to lunch on Saturday 28 July 2012 (Sunday 22 July not included).

 

2.DATES
Dates of the courses

 

Official opening ceremony of the masterclasses and start of lessons: Monday 16 July 2012, 9.30 a.m. at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, Lugano (map).

Last day of lessons: Saturday 28 July 2012

 

All masteclasses will take place from Monday, 16 July to Saturday, 28 July 2011 at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, via Soldino 9, LUGANO (map).

 

Dates of the Festival:

Opening concert: Sunday, 15 July 2011, 9.00  p.m. in Lugano.

 

Final ceremony with concert of the participants: Saturday 28 July 2012, 11.30 a.m. in the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, Lugano.
